SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Marty Mar Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have outlined our return policy to ensure that you can easily exchange or return any clothing items you aren’t satisfied with.

 

RETURN OPTIONS:

1. Exchange - We are happy to exchange any item that doesn’t meet your expectations. You can exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

2. Store Credit - If you would prefer, you can request a store credit for your returned item. This credit can be applied to future purchases.

3. Refund - We understand that sometimes a refund is necessary. We are happy to refund the original form of payment for your purchase (minus any shipping fees) provided that the item is returned within 14 days of its original purchase and is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Returns/exchanges postmarked outside of the 14-day policy are subject to an exchange or store credit only. Important Note – The following clothing items will not be accepted for exchange, store credit, or refund: - Final sale or clearance items - Personalized or custom-ordered items - Undergarments, swimwear, or promo items PROCESS: To start the return process, please email us at Martinxo23@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you a return label, which you can use to send your items back to us. Once we receive your item, we will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your account.

 

SHIPPING: All initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a product defect or a mistake on our part.
